Alive Credit Union, founded on the First Coast by a small group of BlueCross employees, is a full-service financial institution offering a wide variety of traditional and high-tech services. It provides a complete line of financial services to the Jacksonville community, including the employees of Florida Blue, Baptist Health, Memorial Hospital, UF Health Jacksonville, St. Vincent’s HealthCare, Mayo Clinic, Ferrara Fire, as well as those who work or live east of Highway 301 and those who work in healthcare and real estate. They offer exceptional service where every representative knows you by name and is on call when needed.
Since our relationship began with Alive two years ago, our digital and marketing campaign efforts have helped them grow leaps and bounds in the Jacksonville market. What truly makes Alive a joy to work with is knowing that we are a part of their core principle: People Helping People. They are dedicated to improving the lives of their members and the communities they serve…just like us! We make it a priority to build a close repertoire with each and every one of our clients, while bolstering their brands and meeting their marketing goals.
As this year is coming to a close, we’ve completed three campaigns for Alive built around the message: “Get More Equity Out of Life.” We implemented a digital strategy that drove traffic to the website and branches. Our strategy encompassed tactics featuring a Pay Per Click program and Search Engine Optimization program, as well as the creation of marketing collateral. A few highlights from this year’s campaign include:
- Applications from January – September: 536
- Site visitors from January – September: 64,998
- Impressions: 44,197 in September
Their continued success is what keeps us on our feet. Planning for the 2017 Campaign is now in the works, and we are looking forward to building deeper relationships with such down to earth individuals at Alive!
